Legendary Waffles and Biscuits

Customers flocked to the B-K Coffee Shop and Bertrand’s Restaurant for Bertrand’s hot biscuits and waffles. Bill Wood at the Gem Waffle Shop taught Bertrand how to make extraordinary waffles for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it was one of Bertrand’s sisters who introduced the legendary biscuits to the restaurants.
