The physical space at 2500 Bosque Boulevard in Waco was a drugstore for more than sixty years. From 1930 through the late 1970s, The Myers White Pharmacy (previously called White’s Drug Store and The White Pharmacy) operated at the location. In the late 1970s, the store switched owners and was operated by Hometown Pharmacy through the 1980s. The building was vacant by 1991 and remained so until Waco area Bahá’ís became interested in the location as a center for their faith in the city. The center has been formally in operation since October 29, 1995
