Kendall Rose Garden

Completed in April 1934, the garden was named in honor of Cameron Park Commissioner Ben Kendall and contained more than fourteen hundred rose bushes. Fifty-eight varieties of roses were represented in a diverse array of colors. The garden also featured two fountains and a center pool. More than 225,000 gallons of water were pumped through its fountains each day.
