Making a Mark

Since acquiring approval for placement on the National Register of Historic Places, Second and Clay owners Lane and Amy Murphy qualify for federal tax credits for the building’s renovation. They plan to house an Italian-inspired restaurant, meeting space, and performance hall inside the building.
