As Chair of Baylor’s Piano Department, Otis Herbert Colvin, Jr. witnessed many changes to Waco Hall over the years. Here, he describes the setting for music practices before the construction of the Roxy Grove Wing in the 1950s and the addition of the East Wing in the 1960s.
