After his five years coaching football at UW-Madison, Ritcherson became Assistant to the Chancellor for Affirmative Action. This was a good fit for him: his bachelor’s degree was in sociology, his master’s degree was in guidance and counseling, and he was passionate about advancing minorities on campus.
